Our friends over at Scottish Book Trust are joining us for an evening of electrifying performances. As part of this year’s New Writers Awards selection process, the shortlisted Spoken Word applicants will share their skills in front of a live audience. The shortlisted Spoken Word poets are: Oluwatise Abiola-Awe, Pepita Mwanga, Ria Smart, Josh Cake, India de Bono and Cat Cochrane.

Hosted by Taylor Dyson, join an expert panel of judges – including Nick Makoha, Push the Boat Out’s Annie Rutherford, and Scottish Book Trust’s Éadaoín Lynch – as we cheer on Scotland’s emerging spoken word talent and discover the scene’s future headliners.
